1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OmniLocalPro, a SaaS tool operated by SC PIXEL PRECISION SRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description & User Content
OmniLocalPro is a SaaS tool designed to integrate with and manage your Google My Business (GMB) profile. By using the service, you grant us the necessary API permissions to access your GMB data. You retain full ownership, rights, and responsibility for all content and intellectual property associated with your GMB profile. We claim no ownership over your provided content.
3. Payments & Billing
Currency: Subscriptions and services are priced and billed in USD, EUR, or RON.
Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By entering your payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the subscription cost.
Age restriction: While there are no explicit age restrictions to use the interface, by subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm you are legally authorized to enter into a contract and use the payment method provided.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel your OmniLocalPro subscription at any time through your self-serve billing portal.
Service access: Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Refunds: Because subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle upon cancellation, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining time in a billing period.
5. Warranties & Liability
OmniLocalPro is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. SC PIXEL PRECISION SRL shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform, downtime, or changes made to your GMB profile as a result of using the tool.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any legal disputes arising from use of OmniLocalPro shall be resolved exclusively in the applicable courts of Romania.
