Account information: We collect your name, email address, and basic profile details when you sign up, managed securely via Outseta.
Payment details: Billing information is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store or process full credit card numbers on our servers.
Google My Business data: To provide our core service, we require authorized access to your Google My Business profile. All content, listings, and data within your GMB profile remain entirely your property.
Usage and analytics data: We use Google Analytics to track website interactions, feature usage, and overall platform performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate, maintain, and provide the core functionality of the OmniLocalPro SaaS platform; process subscription transactions in USD, EUR, or RON; and send administrative emails, onboarding guides, and marketing communications via Mailchimp.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share necessary information strictly with trusted providers to run our platform: Outseta for user authentication, subscription management, and CRM; Stripe for secure checkout and payment processing; Google Analytics for website traffic and user behavior; and Mailchimp for email communications and newsletters.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember your login session, ensure secure authentication, and track site analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may prevent certain OmniLocalPro features from functioning properly.
